The
BBQ areas may be reserved for private parties upon written request
to the Resident Manager. The decision to allow the reservation of
such areas for private parties shall be within the Resident Manager's
sole discretion and shall not be unreasonably withheld. A reservation
request form is available in the Resident
Manager's office.
Requests
must be provided to the Resident Manager no less than three (3)
working days, and no more than sixty (60) days, prior to the function
date.
