BBQ AREAS

Reservations for a BBQ can be made via Condo Control, under Amenities.  The maximum number of persons for a reservation is twelve (12) children included.  The BBQ areas may  also be reserved for private parties upon written request to the General Manager.  The decision to allow the reservation of such areas for private parties shall be within the General Manager’s sole discretion and shall not be unreasonably withheld.  Requests must be provided no less than three (3) working days, and no more than sixty (60) days, prior to the function date.
